अ ादश (१८) तङ्-प्र याः धातोः यो े । तत्र च

पर ैपदप्र याः नव (९), आ नेपदप्र याः नव (९)

भव । एते प्र याः प्र ेक न् लकार पिरवतर्नं

प्रा ुव । अतः दशसु लकारषु अ प प्र याः
े
भ ाः दृ े । तादृशाः पिर न ताः प्र याः अत्र

The eighteen (18) tiṅ-pratyaya-s can be suffixed

to a dhātu. Among those pratyaya-s, nine (9)

are parasmaipada-pratyaya-s and other nine (9)

are ātmanepada-pratyaya-s. These pratyaya-s

get modified in each lakāra. Therefore there are

changes in the pratyaya-s in all ten lakāra-s.

The final form of these pratyaya-s are shown

below –
